Giving every child in South Sudan the chance to learn and thrive.

Millions of children are denied the education they deserve. TCLF is on the ground funding scholarships, building mentors, and fighting for every child's right to learn.
A non-profit rooted in South Sudan, built for its children.
The Chance Lodric Foundation (TCLF) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting children's rights and education in South Sudan. We believe that every child — regardless of gender, background, or income — deserves a quality education and the opportunity to reach their full potential.
From Juba to the most remote communities, our teams work alongside families, educators, and local leaders to remove every barrier that keeps children out of school.

Our programs are every child's pathway to possibility.

Each initiative is designed to meet children where they are — and take them further than they ever imagined.
